This buck's dam (Lizzie) has an udder that is still socked on after 8 years. She has a very high, wide rear udder, a fore as smooth as glass, and near perfect teat placement. We've always thought Lizzie carried the "peacock" gene, and the birth of Ram-Beau confirms it.
Although he appears to be a cou blanc, he is technically
a cou clair, but only has slight gold coloring on the
back of his ears. His body color is pure white. He should offer excellent feet and legs, a strong topline and rump, and excellent mammary potential. He
has developed into a fine buck, with excellent dairy character and, without a doubt, the best rump I've seen on a Nigerian Dwarf buck. He has the length and levelness from hips to pins, and the width and flatness from thurl to thurl, along with that dorsal process smoothly blended into that rump structure.
Not only is Ram-Beau quite nice, his daughters are
proving to be equally as nice.
Ram-Beau is being offered
FOR SALE priced at
$1000. He has gone over height, but he has proven
himself to throw excellent mammary systems, with large,
plumb teats and good medial.
