UPDATED   11/01/2009

  • SEPTEMBER
We finished Beau-Nita after showing her just 3 times. She won a fourth GCH title at the NC State Fair, where she was also named Best Udder in Show over 350+ does.  Macarena was Reserve Grand Champion.  In the Junior show, Virginia was GCH and Zenith was Reserve GCH.

Palau, Paris, PeepShow, and Fiona were sold.
We decided to allow BoPeep, Finale, and SunShine to leave the farm on a lease agreement.

We purchased Zephyr and Seven back. They were sold as kids in 2008.

Tragically, we lost GCH Beau-Nanza shortly after she freshened.

We had our first milk test of the year on 1/31/09. Zoey, Breezy, and Sunday were the only does tested.
Puzzle and Rain-Beau, who were sold as kids, were purchased back, and we are thrilled to be able to bring back two Beau daughters.
We also purchased Fancy Face and Sun Ra to bring in new genetics to our herd.
Panda was sold, but we retained her twin doelings from Legacy.
